A LEGAL DISCLAIMER
Perfume and fragrance products contain alcohol and are classified as Dangerous Goods (HazMat) by the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Restricted Transport: These items cannot be shipped via standard airmail. We utilize specialized couriers (such as [DHL / FedEx / UPS]) authorized to transport hazardous materials.
Shipping Restrictions: Due to these regulations, there are certain countries or regions we may be unable to ship to. If we cannot ship to your location, we will immediately refund your order in full.
No PO Boxes: We generally cannot deliver hazardous materials to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address.
SHIPPING POLICY - THE BASICS
1. Order Processing Time
Standard Processing: Please allow [2-4] business days for our team in Vietnam to prepare, pack, and register your shipment with the carrier.
Peak Seasons & Holidays: During Vietnamese public holidays (such as the Lunar New Year/Tet Holiday) or new collection launches, processing times may extend to [5-7] business days.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the package and the destination country.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (Important)
Arnue operates on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis.
International Taxes: All product prices and shipping fees listed on our website exclude import duties, VAT, and taxes.
Customer Responsibility: As the recipient, you are the importer of record. You are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to.
Payment: Payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.
Refusals: If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. In some cases, if the return cost exceeds the value of the goods, the package may be abandoned, and no refund will be issued.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has left our facility in Vietnam, you will receive an email containing your tracking number.
Please note that for international shipments, tracking updates may sometimes pause while the package is being processed through your country’s customs facility. This is normal.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments
We take great care in packaging our bottles to withstand international travel. However, accidents can happen.
Damaged Items: If your perfume arrives broken or leaking, please contact us at info@arnueparfums.com within 48 hours of delivery. You must include photos of the damaged box and the broken item. We will arrange a replacement immediately.
Lost Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first. If the issue is not resolved, contact us, and we will assist in filing a claim.

SHIPPING POLICY
Learn about Arnué Parfums' shipping policy. Discover our secure packaging, estimated delivery times, and shipping rates for local and global orders.
We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment clears. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are handled on the next business day. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Perfume is classified as a flammable good, so some carriers require ground service and certain routes or destinations may be unavailable. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates only and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs inspections.
We ship to most countries; however, local regulations may restrict delivery of alcohol-based fragrances to specific regions or addresses (including some P.O. boxes or military addresses). If we cannot ship to your location, we’ll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund.
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or handling fees charged by your local authorities. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees. We cannot mark orders as gifts or declare lower values.
Please make sure your shipping address and contact details are correct at checkout. Address changes can only be made before the order is fulfilled; once a parcel is in transit, we cannot redirect it. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can reship it to a corrected address; additional shipping fees will apply.
If your package shows “delivered” but you can’t find it, check with household members, neighbors, and your building management, and contact the carrier with your tracking number. For lost or damaged parcels, notify us within 7 days of the marked delivery date (or expected delivery for losses) so we can open a claim with the carrier. Resolution timelines depend on the carrier’s investigation.
To protect your items from heat, avoid leaving parcels outdoors for extended periods. For high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery. Multiple-item orders may ship in separate parcels at no extra cost; tracking details will be provided for each shipment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped. If you refuse a delivery or the parcel is returned after failed delivery attempts, the original shipping cost and any return fees may be deducted from your refund, where applicable.
