Nature of Product: Our products are artisanal perfumes. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. However, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

Subjectivity of Scent: Fragrance is subjective. Descriptions of scent notes (e.g., "woody," "floral," "spicy") are for guidance only. We do not guarantee that your personal perception of the scent will match the description exactly.

Availability: We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.

4. HEALTH & SAFETY DISCLAIMER (CRITICAL)

External Use Only: Arnue products are for external application only. Do not ingest. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Allergies & Sensitivities: Our perfumes contain natural and synthetic aroma chemicals, alcohol, and essential oils. It is the responsibility of the customer to review the ingredient list (if provided on packaging) or perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full use.

Limitation of Liability: Arnue is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritations, or adverse health effects resulting from the use of our products. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are using the product at your own risk.

5. ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

Fraud Protection: In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.

Import Compliance: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

6. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS & CUSTOMS

By placing an order for delivery outside of Vietnam, you acknowledge that you are the importer of record.

Duties & Taxes: You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. Orders shipped outside of Vietnam may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Arnue Parfums is not responsible for these fees.
